By accessing and using Kami Shrine (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

Kami Shrine provides a digital platform for users to show support for Japanese shrines. This is a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and all features are currently provided free of charge.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to submit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem inappropriate.

4. Public Information

You acknowledge and agree that the name and wish you submit through the patronage form will be made public on our "Wall of Patrons." Do not submit any information you do not want to be seen by the public.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
